Hamburg. Gnocchi, Trüffel-Bruschetta oder Focaccia: 72 Stunden lang können Hamburger von Mittwoch an kleine Köstlichkeiten probieren.
Das "72 hrs True Italian Food Festival" startet von Mittwoch an (17 Uhr) erstmals in Hamburg. 72 Stunden lang könne man quer durch die Stadt italienische Gerichte ausprobieren, teilte der Veranstalter mit. In 37 teilnehmenden Restaurants bekommen Gäste nach Angaben des Veranstalters für sieben Euro eine kleine Portion einer regionalen italienischen Spezialität serviert.
Dazu werde entweder ein Glas Aperol Spritz oder Campari Amalfi gereicht. In Berlin gibt es das Festival seit 2016. Dort nehmen 55 Restaurants teil. Mit dem Festival soll die Tradition der italienischen Küche im Ausland durch eine Reihe von Events gefördert werden.
